Q: Do you provide in salon services?
A: Yes we do. Our therapy room is located at 101 South End, Croydon, CR0 1BG.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins at your salon?
A: To ensure our clients ultimate experience, we offer our services on an appointment basis only.
Q: Do you provide services at clients location?
A: Yes we do. In addition to providing treatments at our location, you may request a service at your home/office or hotel lodging. Do note that we reserve the right to apply a travel charge and/on other ancillary costs on mobile appointments.
Q: How do I book appointments?
A: Bookings are available via a 24hr system.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that there are times events take over. Therefore, we ask for a 24hr notice for the cancellation of treatments. Note that we reserve the right to charge no-shows.
Q: Do you have gift cards?
A: Yes we do. No cash alternatives or refunds are issued for gift certificates.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click our Track Orders page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates on our Track Orders page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For domestic orders, it will normally take 3 to 12 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 20 days.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
