BOOKING CONDITIONS AND GENERAL TERMS
Please read these Terms carefully before booking any appointment through Beauty by Ameira. The following treatments are offered - Waxing, Facials, Dreadlocks, Wellness and More at our location at 101 South End, Croydon CR0 1BG.
APPIONTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
We would ask clients to provide, where possible, at least 24-hour notice if they need to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations can be made by telephoning the salon during opening hours on 07947211569.
We would like to advise you that in booking an appointment, that you are reserving a therapist. Our cancellation policy is designed as part compensation for our dedicated therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career.
Clients will be charged for the time reserved. If we have sufficient notice of cancellation, we can open up the appointment to awaiting clients. For cancellation of Makeup Packages, Proms Parties, Spa package and block appointments, we would ask clients to provide the salon with at least 7 days notice of cancellation.
The management reserves the right to use their discretion in exceptional circumstances in regard to the above.
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of reserving the appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment.
VOUCHERS/ GIFT CARDS
All vouchers/ Gift Cards purchased must be paid for in full in advance.
Discount offers are as reflected on the booking link. No other discounts or offers may be applied. Our discount offers do not apply to mobile services. All treatments must be taken within 3 months from the date of purchase; unless we agreed otherwise. Any treatments left untaken will be forfeited. Note that individual exclusions/limitations may vary depending on voucher/gift card purchased.
It is your responsibility to inform Beauty by Ameira with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of your failure to disclose such details. Consultation forms would be provide for each treatment received.
You agree to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to you by your therapist regarding the care of a treated area.
We are dealing with individuals, each having a unique human body; therefore, we can make no guarantees to the degree of improvements that will be achieved.
We will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to you.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
We are unable to offer disabled access or disabled toilet facilities.
