We practice strict sanitation procedures and protocol as recommended by the government, NHS and other relevant authorities, regarding safe and hygienic practices and the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE). To further ensure your wellness and safety, the following additional measures have been put in place:

All areas are cleaned and sanitized after each client.
All touchable surfaces in each treatment room are disinfected: handles, light switches and controls, surfaces, tables, face cradles, stools, towel warmers and equipment.
Disposal mats are used where necessary and properly disposed of following each appiontment.
Increased time between appointments has been added to allow for proper and increased cleaning protocols.

What to expect at your appointment:

The therapy room will remain locked at all times. To enter, kindly knock the door.
Masks are required for entry and must be worn throughout your session.
You will be asked COVID-19 screening questions and requested to sign a consent form as part of your consultation.
Your temperature may be taken at the front door. A washing facility is provided for hand washing prior to your services.
It may be necessary to adapt certain parts of your treatment to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19.
